o2 sensor for jdm h22a swap?

what o2 sensor are we suppose to use for our h22 swaps, i re-used my f22 one but i get a check engine light on fast take offs but the car runs fine, does anybody have a part number for the right o2 sensor we are suppose to use

The F22A1 O2 sensor will not work. You need a heated sensor for the H22. I believe that the F22A6 one will work...

That could be it. I am running an a6 o2 off my old motor. Didnt know the a1 werent heated. good info.

Actually i am using my a1 o2 sensor and its working fine. No codes or nothing. So you should be fine.

from 1990 and up all accord o2 sensors are heated. That is why they have 4 wires.

You can use ANY Honda 4 wire o2 sensor that will plug into your harness.

here are the differences the 88-90 o2 and 91-93 dx,lx o2 sensors are different from the EX o2 sensor therefore will not work on the H22a since My f22a1 does not work. (Nail it wasn't the speed sensor it was the o2 sensor rofl) part numbers are listed below. Reason for this is that the DX,LX motors was closer to the to the engine since it would not need to be heated. as for the EX,SE further down they are high output o2.

SO in other words if your upgrading to a H22a or H23 from a dx/lx model car you need to get a high output o2 sensor or you'll either get no CEL or CEL for o2 Speedometer SPeedo won't work. If any other questions feel free to argue with

im using a lx o2 sensor- somtimes when drive the car without a proper warmup time or run threw the gears hard i throw a cel. i should prolly get a h22 o2 senser or just a new sensor altogether
