EG/DC mounts for J series swap.

a little modification and I am sure we can retrofit these into our engine bay.

At least we will know which mounting locations are critical.

you would have to up your front end alot because of the weight

Eh, not really. Somewhere in this thread we already talked about that (weight differences) and, also, I'm sure whoever is going to do it will have a stiff enough suspension that it won't make a difference even with the small difference

The above site searches most of the parts data bases in North America. They have really cheap prices on the said v6/6-speed combos.

I am currently sourcing a set for a little less than 3k.

a . who has the money
b . who has the knowledge
c . who has the sanity

and so far no-one has all three *hopes to spark some interest*

A lot of people are "going to do this," but you are going to have to wait to see who has done it.

For now, all we can do is fill this thread with all the info we can to make this swap as smooth as possible. any hook ups, any links, and ECU pinouts (especially ECU pinout diagrams)

the hood clearance will be good, we can cut if we have to.
