EURO R = shorter gearing thats for sure, but if you suck or your slow at shifting I believe the final drive prevents you from popping out of v-tec. Lastly i've raced regular and modified h series motors, instead of my car reving to the moon, its has a consistent pull... Its pretty much like a ITR tranny for the prelude, best tranny for your buck.. I've ran a M2A4, M2B4, T2W4 with a stock h22a and h22a euro r motor, and by far i pick the T2W4 tranny. Your rpm's seem kind of high for 70 mph, i could've sworn 80 is around 4k with the m2 series trannies. I'll cruise at 70 and 80 tonight and see what my rpm is reading with my t2w4 tranny....

yes, and craig just made a great post above.

since ive gotten used to my own tranny, i find myself cruising around with other peoples m2b4's in 4th gear to keep the rpms up. it seems minor, but i love the shorter gearing.

Shorter gearing is good for certain things, but it makes for slightly less pleasurable highway cruising.

With the M2B4 in my car, I am at 4000 at 80MPH, so it isn't too bad.

I have also been averaging 26city and 30-31 Highway.

I am sure there are a few MPG's in there with a tune, because like a typical P13 it is running very rich.

I run around 3900-4100RPM around 80MPH I have a m2b4. I average about the same when I had my f22a tranny lol. from 350-400 miles a tank. =) The shorter gears are fine with me since I used to have a Civic and @ 80 I was at 3500RPM and redline was at 6800RPM so basically its about almost the same since the f22a @ 80mph is at 3100rpm and redline at 6200 or something
either kill it or drift it...
