    Swapping F from an H?

ok guys here's the slight issue i have i have my jdm h22a in my LX and i recently bought an EX (cobalt Blue) i made a thread about her before..well she has a perfectly working f22 and what i want to do is swap the guts from the LX to the EX and vice versa..putting the H will be easier..but making the LX back to stock will probably be a challenge..i just wanted to know if there's a thread out there that has a how to to install an F22 back into a car that was manual to automatic and completely stock..? Thanks!

With two complete cars, basically take everything you need from one car, and put it in the other. Look closely at the two of them, and anything that differs, swap over.

convert from stock manual to an automatic? hmmm.

i was in the same exact situation as you with my first CBs... upgrading from 5spd LX to an Auto EX. too much was different between LX to EX as well as the 5spd and Auto, that it would require a ton of swapping of wiring and crap. Because it requires sooooo much up-conversion (search for old manual-to-auto threads) I ended up actually buying an extra "5spd conversion kit" and an extra 5spd F22 transmission from somebody, and I ended up just making BOTH cars 5spd, even though I was going to sell the LX... the extra few hundred bucks was worth not needing to completely take apart the dashboard nor weld a tranny bracket in the engine bay.

EX on left, LX on right...

well my LX the one i've had since i been on this site started as a auto..then i converted to 5spd when i got my swap..since i bought my EX i want to transfer all to the LX including the auto f22..so im assuming i will be just transfering over everything..bit by bit..

wow, im sorry i guess i read the last line incorrectly.

you should pretty much have everything you need then, and yeah like deev suggested just swap everything between them that is different.
