has anyone done this? and if so, was there a hole that seemed like it needed a bolt to hold tension but there was no bolt there?

search, and you will find the answer... there is a how-to on www.collectiveracing.net . As far as there being a missing bolt, it was optional to install that bolt to hold one of the tensioners up/down. I didnt use it simply because i didnt get it, and didnt know. But my car has run perfectly fine, so its not absolutely needed.
