yeah exhaust is same as f22ax 0-0-0-0 and her of course. so yes it will work, with slight modification, like the other kids do.

I kept my F22A1 CAI, but you might wanna go for a prelude one-which has a bigger diameter...but the F22A one will fit, but you gotta lube up the rubber coupler to get it to fit around the throttle body.

All the head parts, go with H23A1 stuff-cams, cam gears, fuel rail, injectors, gaskets, etc....thats what I did. But the bottom end Im not sure if anyone has confirmed what works.

Ohh yea, timing belt will be another issue...search that and you'll find there are 2 USDM belts that people use...
