Did Honda make 4 lugx114mm alloy 16" or 17" rims?

Did Honda have OEM alloy rims with the 4 lug x 114mm for Accords, with 16" or 17" diameters? And if there was, what did it look like? Pictures would be good to post. I was checking a list, but I discovered that the list is not accurate.

Is there an aftermarket 16" alloy rim that closely resembles an OEM wheel? Thanks.

Yea, the 1g Acura TL and CL had 16" wheels...also, the Nissan Sentra SE-R has 4x114.3 wheels. The newest Lancer also has them (not the EVO though).

I completely forgot about those wheels...I remember the CL rims, I think a few members here had them.

The SE-R wheels won't bolt up to an Accord, from what Eric (R33) told me, since his gf has a Spec V. The regular 16" Sentra/Altima wheels will work however.

Ah ok...uslspct (red DX in NJ) has the 16s, they look pretty nice on the car.

I agree. I couldn't tell you why the SE-R Spec V's don't work on the Accord...Eric said something abou the hub not working or something...they'll bolt up but not tight...I dunno.

I was thinking about upgrading to those 16's on my Mom's car

nissan wheels have a larger hub than accords (thats why they work on accords, not the other way around), so if you get a set of 4x114 nissan wheels, make sure you have the proper shape lugnuts to center them, because the hubs wont.

Thanks for the information. Hopefully I can find one of these, in good used shape. Or I'll have to find new aftermarket ones.

Search the Member's Ride section for Wallace. He's rockin' the CL mesh.

The 4 lug bolt pattern is the right size, so it will go on, but there are other issues. I had a chance to put a Nissan Altima wheel, the one with 6 narrow and flat spokes, on the CB7. It hit the front caliper bracket, so a spacer is needed. The hubcentric is larger on the Nissan wheel, so a hubcentric adapter ring is needed. New lug nuts are needed, since the seats are flat and the holes are smaller in diameter than needed by regular aftermarket mag wheel lug nuts. Most lug nuts do not engage enough threads to be considered safe. And if a spacer is used, less threads will be engaged. A hubcentric ring is necessary to keep the stress off the lugs.

Which lug nuts did you guys use? Where did you get the hubcentric adapter ring from? What size spacer did you use?

The person to PM would be uslspct...he currently has those wheels on his CB, so he would be able to answer how he put them on the car.

The picture shows it on a Nissan (I believe), and not the CB7. So these questions would only apply to you if you put these wheels on a CB7.

Did you use anything like spacers, hubcentric adapters, or special lug nuts?

Are the lug nuts the ones with cone seats, or the mag wheel acorn type with flat seats with washers?
