yea well when i went to the track with BB6-sh in his prelude, we thought his tire rpessure was fine and it drove fine however it was at 14psi. luckily we had a buddy bring an extra valve stem core and we changed it at the track since it wouldnt allow us to add air into his tires.

The reason why I say its probably not the tires is because it did the same thing on my steelies.

The EX's have pretty much brand new tires I'd say less than 3k on them (195/60/15 H)
              wat?

                Ohh Ok.
It has to be suspension related then.

The reason i said tires was because i had a CB with the same problem.
It turned out to be a shifted belt in the rear tire.

Yeah I figured that much. The only time it happens is over a bump. Other wise the car rides like a dream. I don't believe its a bearings because I know the last time I had the drums off the hubs spun smoothly
                    wat?

check all the bolts, ball joints, and bushings in the rear suspension. I would suspect the rear trainling arm bushing(#41) or the rear toe adjuster bolt(#31)

i would think rear shocks, though its not clear what you mean by shake side to side. try pushing down on the back corners of the car to see how bouncy it is.

It kind of wobbles side to side, its hard to explain, I know my rear struts are going bad but they are not bouncy... yet.
