Almost look like BBSs, but I doubt it.

I've checked some of the lower end manufacturers, but I can't find it.

Finally they came in...

Ok, on the outside of the rim it has these markings:
The logo that looks like:

I've seen this before, I'm sure you have too. All the letters together, almost looks like an astrological sign.

Then it has 'VIA 690KG'

On the inside they have seven markings.

1. Made in Japan
2. P.C.D 100 114.3
3. Off 45
4. 16x7JJ
5. F1 6
6. Casting mark
7. Casting mark

So...
1. Obvious
2. Again, obvious (but what's P.C.D?)
3. Offset
4. Well, duh
5. ???
