91 ex sunroof problem

I tried to search this but it's kinda vague... I have a 91 ex sedan. My sunroof went bad a few months ago. My sunroof will go back without a hitch or problem of any kind. But it will not go front at all. I'm insure but I was told this could be a motor. Am I correct in saying this is a motor? Or is this something else?

Does the motor spin when trying to close? If it does the trying adjusting the clutch.

those motors hardly go bad. since it opens with no issues i would say its safe to rule out something caught in the track.

do you hear the motor working when you attempt to close it ??

if you can close it by hand / allan tool, then i would say its something in the motor like lucifer suspects.

can you close it by hand / allan tool with ease ??

It could possibly be your switch, the one by the cruise on/off switch

uhhh. To say that I can close it with easy would be a kick in the nuts. More like three people pulling on it to make it close.

uhmm. Usually three people pulling and pushing. Lol. But my old boss used a power probe to the sunroof and it closed. Would that tell anything?
