Does a 1993 honda accord lx coupe (keyword COUPE)take 6.5's all around(meaning stock)?

and if its not stock what do i have to get to make it work(on a limited budget right now)?

And if someone who is really is experienced in car audio could give me their ph# in a private message or something so i wont have to keep running back to the computer whenever i get stuck on something it would be appreciated.

Im not the best but i have 91 coupe lx with 6.5 all the way around...i want to get the ex speaker pods they take a 6X9

I have a 93 EX coupe, I can check tomorrow, but I can say for sure it's not the same as my 90 lx was.

The rears were different, and the fronts used a sort of echo chamber.

LX/DX 6.5" all around... some do not have rear speakers.


to remove the rear speakers there are 3 (i beleive 10mm) bolts holding in the pods. remove those and your set for the rears.

either way on the fronts you should remove the plastic pod if ones is present and just go with 6.5".

I believe my '90 EX had 5.25 up front, and 6x9 in the back if I recall correctly.
