I recently installed an oem factory harness from a 1997 accord to wire in my fogs. When it was all said and done, I noticed that my passenger side bulb was fried to shit. So I replaced it with a new bulb, and no action. The bulb is good, and my passenger side high beam came on. I also quickly check the head light fuse, it was ok. Imma rip my car apart to search for the problem. Any suggestions of what the problem is would be greatly apprciated.

I think I may have found the problem. I forgot that I popped one of the H3 bulbs, so my passenger side fog has no bulb in it. If the circuit is a series, then my passenger side headlight would not come on until I place a bulb in there. Does anyone concur with this? The Lord watches over me!

cars never run lighting in series, always in parallel, for that very reason - if one bulb blows it doesnt take out the other
