Do what I did with my car, although I didn't have tints.

Install a rear fog, ones that were meant for the front. I rigged one up with the help of Phempa. Ok, well...he did. But at night it would light up the driveway, might be brighter if the spoiler wasn't in the way.

I live out in the country and use a set of 50-55 watt bulbs (can't remember) from Advanced Auto. They have them where they have the fog lights. They are called high intensity back-up lights. They work awesome.

I wanna do an h1/h3 or 9005 retro fit, the only thing im worried about is the wiring, the wires running to the reverse lights are probably not meant to run higher wattage, and also would there be even enough power? or is there some kind of resistor?

the retro fit is the easy part (for me anyways) just wondering how to do the wiring, and if there is even enough power going thru there?

                    thanks for any help

Your reverse lights are never, usually, on for more than, what, 30 seconds? Im not sure just how hot those things get, but i dont imagine theyd melt your tail light in a matter of seconds. Of course it all depends on how much air gets in there to cool them down.

And call me crazy, but when you tint your lights, arent you supposed to tape of the reverse light

I mean, it is supposed to be white, right?? So why tint it??
