    Halo projectors in production?

I of course know that a good half of this site doesnt like halo lights. I found some on ebay and I was reading and it seems to be the real thing. However it doesnt show a night picture of them. What do you think?

i think they look like the other ones. i think these too will have poor light output like the other ones. i don't know about you, but i'm a big fan of seeing at night. later.

those dont look like they have the halo rings..they just look like the chrome housing projectors....and yea i agree with TypeG i think the black house looks good but the light output sucks and im going with USDMblackhoused yellow and amber corners!

What? Those are not halo projectors. Just the chrome ones with a diffrent name and a few close up shots.

I run black housed projectors on my cb7....
I didnt like the output when i first got them and b!tched like everyone else...
Then i found the screws on the back for aiming the light (much better)....
Then I ran Silvania Silvers (even better)...
            And then I added HID.....................

now I can see better than ANY non-hid stock set-up Ive ever seen on ANY car.

The projectors are JDM. They are aimed wrong for U.S. use. Just aim them right and stick in a good HID kit.

Also dont use the cheap bulbs included w/ the headlamps.
I cant Slam further. The ground refuses to get any lower.

Umm the projectors arent JDM....mine were off only a little bit which is to be expected and i aimed them and the light output still sucks...i used silvania silverstars and they look better and are brighter but nothing to do cartwheels over....and i thought about the HID but to go through all of that for a good light source when my OEM lamps were good to begin with is ridiculous..so im going back to stock and pimpin out the headlamps..
And those are deff not halo lights...they dont make them for our year..94 and up...trust me i spent 3 months searching and came up with a DIY..which isnt easy....so nonetheless USDM FTW!!!

I heard that the 100 watt bulbs in the ebay projectors worked nicely but im going to retrofit mine with some good quality projectors. and as far as the halo one-piece projectors check aww_shiet's thread, those are tight done by himself.

I duno, I ran stock headlights w/ cheap bulbs and with silvania and they where actualy so dim they were dangerious. It was the main reason I upgraded. When im out on the coastal highway at night and its pooring rain I need some serious light. Stock even with high end bulbs couldnt do it. Even a brandnew car with 100w h7 bulbs in Highbeam couldnt even touch the light output of my projectors w/ HID.

And then I turn on my 7" foglights aswell and BAM. It was a question of safety. Might be fine if you never leave the city and always run on lighted roads. Personaly I like to see standing water, rocks, and deer on the road before I hit them.

its possible they are producing them with a halo now, since the description says they are single halo-ring headlights, im guessing around the lowbeams. no other projector headlight auction ever mentioned halos. nobodys ever made knockoff OEM foglights either, but they do now... its highly possible they are what youre looking for, judging by the recent growth in the CB aftermarket.

If you have a set of ebay projectors and compair them with the pictures youll see the same lines. There are "halos" on ebay projectors they are just a recess in the backing. Again tho why wouldnt they have a picture with a 9v battery powering the leds that would be needed to illuminate the halo? Doesnt make sence. Just another ebay scam.

Oh surprise, They are the same price as the other Eby Projectors.
