my first thought was that it might be the outside air temp sensor... which if it is, id like to buy it off of you.

sure u can buy it lol i have no need for it.. ill take it off tom. and check it out.. make sure its all in one piece(i know it is.. but wanna make sure)

those are.....

On all the jdm bumpers I got those things were on them. Those things are part of the wiring for the lighted japanese license plates.

They have a connector that goes to the back of the optional thick japanese license plate frame with a white background+two small bulbs and window.....

Not useful unless you get a lighted japanese license plate......but there's no reason why you can't just use a regular toggle switch+wire anyways besides these "jdm" things =) .
