yes. as i understand it, they didn't come on many cb7s in the land of the rising sun... thus you won't see them too often on ebay, if at all. i believe timmyotool may have a bit more information on that.

there were a few jdm 1 piece headlights that came blackhoused, though i was under the impression that they weren't so dark.

but even if they didn't come that way, they are obviously black housed in the pictures... so yes, they are real.

i would assume one difference would be the 2.0 engine (versus the 2.2). other differences are probably interior accents, options vs. standard features, etc.

all jdm headlamps are all nippleless, unlike our american version. as far as i understand it, the 1 piece headlight was on all sedans. wagons and coupes had a 2 piece headlights, like ours (minus the nipples of course).

perhaps bustedlx, 93accordEX, or timmyotool will chime in... though the classified section may not be the greatest section for viewing.

as cpmike said, i knew there were 1 piece headlights with a darker "tint" to them, but i didn't/don't know if there are true blackhousing headlights.

the only conclusion i jumped to was that there are/were jdm headlights that had a slightly darker tint to them, which is corroborated by cpmike.

making a thread about another fake on ebay that i was 90% sure of but had no proof to back it up. thats all dude. like i had said earlier thanks for you help and cpmike for your knowledge.

those are the ones you have a picture of cpmike. its actually on the outside as far as I know, but if you already have a set of silver like 99% of them then I guess you would need to paint it on the inside.
