So am I the only one that hates these?

some douche tried to break into my cb and broke the door handles. when replacing them i broke all of those little cap things. teh lose.

I have tried so many times to pull those @ the junkyard but they are just so brittle, I guess I'll just buy a bunch

You can easily take them out using the tool I have posted a picture of a few posts before. Its sorta like a mini crowbar where once you have enough space to slip in the edge you can pry it out.

ive just gotten used to the fact that my car will never have those intact... they end up just getting in the way always having to be really careful with them. on a dark colored handle you hardly notice the black screws anyway.

So im doing some cleaning on the car.And I wanted to take the door panels off, to wash the speaker covers.As I get ready to unscrew the door handle,I cross my fingers that i dont break the screw covers off.Yeah those cheap ass little plastic covers held on by a paper thin piece of plastic.Well that was wishful thinking...I ended up breaking both of them!!! One went flying under the car and the other hit me in the damn face.Doesnt that just piss you off?I surely cant be the only one.later

When I first bought my car it had all of those intact. I was so excited because it looked so nice and clean lol. Then came the time to put new speakers in the door and I was as careful as I could possibly be to not break those little things but every one of them broke. I was pissed.
