I think the seats are nice but looks terrible with the maroon interior. If u had black or tan it would look alot better. Blah

Guy, I think you look terrible with the maroon interior!

Black goes with anything. It just looks more off with the flash on. But my interior is pretty dark and they don't stand out. And as posted earlier I have some plans to make a bit of a 2-tone interior with the theme set by the seats.

Got my 90* piece of steel the only problem im having is the m10 bolts are at an angle with the steel but I still need to get my spacers so hopefully that will help out, and lastly is yours aluminum?

Nah, 1/4" steel. I just bought what was at the hardware store.

Today I removed the rear mounts off the rails with a grinder and I know exactly how I'm gonna finish the install. I'll try and get both seats done on Friday. Once I have this one down, the driver seat will be a breeze.

swap in a black dashboard and paint the vinyl parts of the door panels black, and leave the red fabric in the centers... would help the black seats tie in, but looks awesome anyway. good job!

And maybe recover you arm rest in black leather too. Or just go ahead and paint the whole center console black. Sorry, I'm just against maroon interior as I have it in my car. Well halfways now. Seats look really nice though.

finished the passenger seat today. now i can safely have a passenger! it's most likely raining all day tomorrow, but i can get on working on the driver seat prep stuff, or do as much as i can indoors, and probably have time to finish it all monday at the latest.

i'll take some pics so you can see just how butch the work is! i'll take a grinder to one area, you'll see.
