Sexy suede APC seats...rice or not?

All suede baby, or at least synthesized suede...in any case, I can get a pair of these or the half "leather"/half suede for $350 shipped. The only things I hate about them are the big stupid APC logos and the fact that they look like they won't support me at all, since they're mega wide. However, with a black velour seat my interior will be 2 steps away from sexy. Thoughts?

it looks ok, other than the rather large apc symbol (a negative you pointed out).

i would wonder how it actually feels though. guess you won't know unless you find a local place that carries them so you can sit in them, or you just chance it and buy them.

in the end, i think i'd buy another not so high end seat (tenzo r for example) rather than those. if for no reason other than the large apc symbol.

*edit: to answer the question, i don't think the seats are rice as they are functional (as a seat)... but the apc symbol detracts from the decent look of the seats.*

it looks like if you took some real whiplash youd hit those little cup holders on top of the seat .. they look nice, but that APC logo is super rice #1 and will definately ruien the clean look..

Oh man imagine those seats without them...I would get a patch for them, or maybe a tight fitting suede sack over the whole top. I'm really, really digging these seats though. If they had them in black/tan I would def. get them, although I know they also have them in black/gray. Plus they come with all the brackets too...

It's funny how just putting a logo on something can totally ruin it for you. Where there's a will there's a way though...

if thats embroidered, u could probably get a stitch puller/cutter thing and cut all the threads out.

that would end up looking ugly because your going to get the lightened area of where the stitching used to be.. plus tiny holes all over. would be hella ugly, if not uglier than with the stitching

A friend of mine made a very good point...there's a lot of stuff that won't come out of suede. Any little thing you spill is gonna probably stain it up and leave odors forever...so I'm basically back to square one. Are Accord leather seats really rare? Basically ALL I see is the burgundy carpet interior my car has, which I guess has grown on me somewhat, but is still nowhere close to an all black/black+beige/all grey/grey+beige interior.
-What do you think the junkyard price on that would be for all the seats and door panels?
-Could I paint the dash/center console black?
-Is it easy to take out the stock carpet? And would it make sense to put in thicker house carpet?
-Are there stock burgundy leather seats?

              thx.

you can paint the center console and the dor panels pretty easy man, ive got a diy for the panels in the diy section, and the console is easy, just follow the same instructions and it will come out pretty good. Mine is all black now and i have black seat covers and floor mats, now all i have left to do really is change the carpet. so yeah, to anyone that has changed the carpet is it hard to do? i wanna make mine black in the summer.

If there is a Pep Boys close to you then you should go there and see if they have those. The one by my house had a few different kinds of seats sitting out for you to test.

yeah, i went to the local pep boys and sat in those seats just for the hell-uv-it

were'nt too comfy in my honest opinion. not as good as my leather

the ones i tried were really bogus lookin apc leather seats, had BIG perforation (dots) all over the Pleather. kinda weird lookin

but just didnt contour to my ass too nice.

                    oh well, i love leather
