i was thinking of just using a sleeve, one that fits over the accord splines but inside of the s2k ones. then a woodruff key could be used, or something similar... i have a 99 prelude wheel im going to try to get working, and its the same deal as the s2k one.

if the only thing that doesn't fit is the splines, can't u just swap the S2000 spline with the CB7 one?...yeah this would require cutting and welding...most workshops should be able to do this...

The CB's internal spline is weld on right? And the S2000's is probably pressed on......they could be removed with some cutting and hammering

the cb steering wheel has a separate splined hub piece thats welded to the back of the wheel. my prelude wheel is the same way. cutting them off and welding the CB one in place would be very easy... i already cut the CB one off, i just need to cut the prelude one off and get it welded. hopefully it doesnt break on the road... lol

a good welder would be able to get it very close to the stregnth it was to begin with. with a good weld, the weld is just as strong as the metal around it. it should work, just take the accord hub and the s2k wheel to a good welding shop and have them do it. pay the guy doing it a little extra, and you should have a good high-quaity steering wheel. note: TIG should be how they do it, MIG would be too imprecise and stick welding should warrant a smack. if they break out an oxyacelyline torch, just hit him with the wheel!
that wheel is going to look real good, i may have to do the same thing if i can find the right wheel.

Looks like your going through the same thing I am. I have a Torneo Euro-R wheel and the hole is just a tiny bit bigger...it's able to grab the splines barely but the only problem is that the wheel doesn't "reset" and rewind itself as much as it should when you make a turn and let go....so it's just as good as a GO-Kart steering wheel. Dangerous in certain conditions.

I already hacked up a 90-91 steering hub and was going to have it custom welded possibly but then my cousin found a Boss SRS compatible adapter that fits CBs. I don't know how it's going to fit (I don't like it how some hubs make the steering wheels stick further out) But i'm gonna try it anyways...other option I have would be to pick up a ITR-CTR wheel and swap out the 4bolt hub already on there.

since the ITR wheel works, does that mean that all civic/integra steering wheels fit?

Yes, but unsure about the airbag plug. Dunno if it'll have to follow the ODB1/2 or that the plugs are completely different.
