All black interior

I just had to post about this. I just worked out a deal with my friend which was we will trade interiors. He just purchased a CB7 for $500 for his winter beater. He calls me up last night and tells me his beater has all black leather interior. So, he has been knowing that I have been searching for all black interior for my car for a while now. He offers to swap interiors and plus a couple of bucks. YAY!!! We are going to swap over thanksgiving break. Finally, I will have all black interior(And it's leather!!).

lucky you since thats what you wanted. I personally found leather to be extremely desireable until I actually had it. now back to cloth.

so what did you do with your leathers 93ex? why didnt you like it? do you not like stock leather or all leather?

I think I will like the leather for a little bit. But, I will eventually I will get rid of the front seats and replace them with all black buckets(Sparco, Recaro, I don't know yet).

nice i don't like leather 2 much. gets 2 hot in summer or gets 2 cold in winter i will stick to cloth. drove my boys 5th gen with leather and i was sliding all over in his damn seats and i was gettin pissed. so no leather for me. shit just give me tan cloth and i am happy.

my old car had leather and i loved it, sure it gets hot in the summer, but i dont wear shorts much and i run the ac a lot, so even when it does stick to my legs i dont mind as its only for a few minutes. As fas as sliding around goes, i sit so far up that my legs almost hit the dash, so theres not much room to slide. if anyone ever has all black leather to get rid of, or knows where to get it, yell at me.

dunno... i never liked the feel of leather. it's either too cold, or too hot, or too sticky, or too slippery. and to keep it in a good condition, you become a slave to it.

I agree. That's why I will get buckets. Plus, nobody ever sits in my backseat, so the leather will basically be for looks. The interior being leather is only a plus, I'm just happy because it's the black interior I have been looking for.

yep that about sums up why I ditched mine. but I see what you are saying, you want the all black, and it just happens to be leather too but its not like you are going to refuse a trade because of that.

Exactly. I just have wanted all black interior forever. I'm not turning it down because it is leather. I just can't wait.
