Anyone have this lip installed, hopefully on a white car but any pictures would be better than this one.

Yes, that is one of the most common lips along with the Legend lip and CD5 lip.
That lip is also called a "Mugen" lip.

Type M is like a more aggressive Mugen style. it has the two flared lips, under the vents.
