Coupe tails on a Sedan?

I know some people here have swapped sedan trunk/tails onto their coupe to get the red and white..

I did a search and couldn't find anything about the reverse.. i absolutely LOVE the coupe tails/trunk over the sedan ones..

So assuming people have done the opposite, this should work, correct?

yes, same issues to deal with in terms of the key.

yeah it's been done before by that guy with the lexus tail light conversion. he had the coupe tail lights before he went with the lexus look.

i too prefer the coupe tail lights over the sedan. most people are the opposite. i just can't stand that filler panel that goes around the license plate. i think it looks ugly.

swapping any trunk between 90-93 works perfectly, besides the lock issues when dealing with a 9293 coupe lid, but if you follow the DIY thats easy to take care of.

that's exactly why like the coupe taillights.. adds a third dimension the way the go into the car..

i'll see if i can find someone who wants to trade..
