      you can do this pretty easy, I've done it to my accord. You just have to be careful and make sure you get the sanding done right.

        Did he use a single stage base/clear mix? I might have to do this soon...I just painted my car flat black....

                    they are coming out pretty damn nice for the most part.

                    some people even opted to use a wagner sprayer

                          i was talking to our delivery driver who is 68, he was telling me how when he was 16 he painted his old ford truck using a hot plate, 2 gallon pail, a 6" paint brush and a lawn mower.

                          here's how it goes, he put 1 gallon of paint in the pail, warming on the hot plate w/ the lawn mower running in the bed of the truck. i thaught he was nuts, but if you think about it, it should work. the paint warms up, brush it on the truck and while the mower idles it vibrates the truck to help level the paint as it dries.

                            did he say how it turned out? ghetto bootleg, but technically he had a good idea.
