The 90-91 tails are slightly longer than the 92-93 coupe tails, but I'm sure that could be worked out; you'd probably have to get the trunk painted so I'm sure they could do some light bondo work to cover any holes.

The inner panel is more boxier and the edges are sharper. I asked at my local junkyard when i had my cb7 which was a 90 and told them that i wanted the tailights from a 92-93, they showed me why it wouldnt fit.I cheated on my cb7 with an e30.....Not cool. I will be a honda boy at heart though woop woop

See my sig .. I have a 90 LX 4 door .. and just did the 92/93 Coupe trunk swap ..
You could still use the outters from your original 90/91 with the 92/93 trunk swap
BUT .. it would look fugly .. besides .. take a good look .. the orange part on the 92/93
is on the bottom .. where as the orange part on the 90/91 sedan .. is on the top ..
Ummm .. was that what ya meant?

And yes .. '93accordse is correct .. the mounting holes are completely different ..
The lock cylinder is also different .. annnd .. well, there's alotta stuff thats different ..
The shape of the 92/93 are more rounded at the edges, as opposed to the 90/91,
which have a noticeable *edge* to the inners .. and they are slightly bigger ..
It simply wont work without the 92/93 lid .. noway fergetaboutit .. it just wont happen ..
Where's Uncle el when ya need him ..

completely different shape. their height is the same, but nothing else is.
one guy back circa 2002 put 90-91 altezzas on his 9293 coupe. he got them to mount, but it looked shitty.
