how to fill the holes left after removing the rear H emblem?

i was wondering if any of you could provide some insight on the best way to fill the holes left after removing the rear honda emblem, i was thinking it might be smart if i could use that liquid weld stuff and attach a piece of metal behind the holes so they would be easier to fill with bondo...what do you guys think? also, i was wondering where do you buy bondo to use on cars?

My guess would be to lay fiberglass over, sand, and fill the little holes with filler.

we just welded and grinded the holes then bondo only smooth the surface down. since it was getting painted i didnt worry about much.

its like nothing in the world. definition of relaxation.

i say epoxy/JBweld a piece of metal to the back then JBweld in the hole... so small u shouldnt have problems... then sand and paint...

put tape behind it... weld... then sand down smooth.

tape works fine - you don't need to put metal back there... then either bondo or jb weld since it's only cosmetic as opposed to a structural fix

If you go to pep boys, autozone etc. you can pick up a self addhisive (sp) screen. It can be found in the bondo ( filler) section. Some cans of filler are sold as a "kit" filler, hardner, spreder and a small "patch".
or use an old piece of screen ( door screen) use the filler to glue it to the inside of your trunk let it dry and fill the holes from the out side.

when i shaved the rear, the body shop just bondo'ed it. but when u let it dry be sure to sand it down smooth cause if u dont do it right then there will be tiny holes that is visible. but again, i got my painted right after

I would not put tape behind the holes because anyone can just walk up and and push where the holes use to be and they will pop out. I would not want that to happen after you go through all the work, just weld them.

we dented mine in a little bit where the holes were and then welded them shut. we didn't even use metal to weld. we just kept welding in a circle until the tacks covered the holes completely and then duraglassed over that, then 2 skim coats of bondo.
