Bisimoto Teflon Exhaust Rocker Spacer Kit

Bisi can confirm this if my memory serves me correct, but he stated at when an F22ax series motor runs 8000+ RPM, the exhaust rocker arm spacer springs will collapse. Anyhow, that is why he sells this kit to replace these spacer springs, if you have an application that is capable of that RPM.

Installation Photos (took the time to clean & relube parts as well):

Actually it took me more time to clean and lube these parts then it did to disassemble and reassemble them, they went together nice and smooth after all that work.

Again, you do not need these unless your engine setup is capable of the RPM I specified above, otherwise you're wasting your time and money. I already rev my red Accord project with stock rocker arm assembly to 7500 rpm with no issues.

On Bisimoto's website (www.bisimoto.com) it is listed for $200.

Whoah whoah whoah. I knew about this but didn't know the rpm number where this is applicable.

You plan on revving your F that high?

Up to 9000 RPMS I'm thinking atleast realistically speaking, dyno graph will determine that. You guys know me by now, I don't half-a$$ things and that's simply too close for comfort.

Excellent post, 'Cisco. How dare you get my spacers dirty...you should sonic clean your rocker assembly before blessing it with my wares! J/K

Over 8000~8500 rpms, this spacer kit is a must. Good insurance for slightly under that range.

they may prevent the arms from wandering side to side?

sure dont want wron rocker arm geometry when you're buzzin 8-9k

Actually we do have H22 spacers...only used when eliminating Vtec for full race duty, while running on custom elongated rocker pads for the outer lobes only.

These spacers to replace the horizontal exhaust rocker spacer springs, which keep the rocker arm tappet lined up with the valve stems under all conditions. Not having these spacers over their functional RPM usage means misalignment of rocker arm-to-valve stem and that means situations like that of snapped timing belts at that point.
