Back lash on f22a1 valvs?

Im going to adjust my valvs and i dont know the backlash to adjust them to. Do you? ( for thoes whom dont know backlash is the distance from the cam to the rocker arm)it is a f22a1.

rocker-valve lash would be the same as cam-rocker lash, seeing as the rocker is just pivoted and should leave the same gap on either side depending which way you push it... when i do h22's i adjust it by feeling the cam-rocker gap instead of rocker-valve... ive found it easier to do the rocker-valve gap on an f22, since its right there out in the open.

F22:
intake .010"
exhaust .012"

On the F22 the proper valve lash adjustment is measured inbetween the rock arm and the valve stem.

The H should be measured between the cam and the rocker.
