ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    Carb to PGM-FI information

I'm wondering if the parts off a coupe could be used on a sedan for this conversion?

    Fuel lines, tank, wiring,..?

I know what most of you are gonna say about just getting a PGM-FI CB Accord, but that is not a possibility. The only Accord i've seen for sale in Slovenia is now mine

I got the know-how for this swap, i just need the information on interchangeability from a coupe to sedan..

The only thing I can see you having problems with is the wiring. Are the two cars similar models? Like transmission/sunroof/etc. You will need the wiring from the engine all the way into the dashboard where the computer is. Automatics had different wiring, for example. Though if you were willing to make some modifications to it, I'm sure it could be made to work. Otherwise I would say all of the mechanical pieces should fit directly.

The thing is i can get a really cheap beat up CB Coupe with a F22 engine. I'd part it out completely just for this swap..

So there would be no issue getting complete wiring, fuel lines, swap and all. Any ideas if the fuel lines are the same on coupe vs sedan?

I ain't worried about wiring seeing as i've already did a fully tucked harness on my Civic and did the same Carb to PGM-FI swap on a BA4 Prelude just recently :-P

then you should be fine! wiring would only be simple changes anyway.

the part numbers for fuel tanks/pipes/mounting/everything mechanical are the same between coupes and sedans. it should work just fine as a parts car!

I just checked part numbers and the tank, straps, and filler neck are all the same from coupe to sedan. I don't have easy access to fuel line part numbers though. does the sedan have a longer wheelbase than the coupe? I would think the fuel lines would be a little short from a coupe. Not that they couldn't be cut and spliced to add length though.
