30.0 MPG, AC on, aggressively driving around 90.
27.5 MPG, no AC, cruising at 90 with occasional gridlock. 40 degrees Fahrenheit

I read that, it was published by the man who set my base idle. As far as I know, it's correct.
My problem is bouncing idle. I thought that was a FITV issue. Is it, or should I reset my idle?MRT

I always assumed the surging idle was due to a FITV problem and that there should be a sticky somewhere. I never looked into it.
