Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    Water Leaks when Raining..

    Does anyone have an idea of what can cause my car to leak on the diver side.. To be specific it's leaking from where the main relay is and I can't understand why. The floorboard is soaked!! I can't figure out why it's leaking or where EXACTLY it's coming from. Would anyone have a clue on where it's coming from and how I can stop it?! Thanks in advance

    Check the seal around your windshield, as well as the weatherstripping on your door.

    If it really is coming from behind the dash, you'll need to pull the dash to find it. I've done that... and it's a pain in the butt!


    One way to find a leak is to clear the area where you think it's coming from, dust the area with baby powder, and then run a hose over the car until it leaks. You'll be able to easily trace the leak thanks to the baby powder, as long as you applied it to where the leak is coming from!

      Ya I've heard taking the dash off is a pain in the butt but I guess it'll have to be done! Here goes nothing lol..

        I think I'm missing the waterguard that goes to the inner wall of the door.. where the door and the fender come together when the door is shut, that lil rubber piece! The door had to be replaced and I think that door was off a 91 accord so it was missing that rubber piece. Is it hard to find that piece and take it off and put it on the door I have now or am I going to have to go to Honda and buy that piece or can it even but replaced at all?! Lemme ask that ahahaaaa get back to me when you can.. Thanks and I appreciate your response and help!

          happens to me all the time, it drips right from that clump under there. i traced it back up to the top of the dashboard, im pretty sure its coming in from the windshield trim. or that little rubber corner at the hinge of the hood on the cowl...
