ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

I've used them a number of times. Their products range from expensive high-end parts, all the way down to super cheap crap. It's great to have options, but always research what parts you buy. You often get what you pay for. Sometimes it's not worth buying the cheapest parts they offer.
For example, I bought the cheapest AC compressor available for my Fit. The shop had to do some modification of the lines to make it fit, and it only lasted a year. Not RockAuto's fault, as they sent me the part I ordered, quickly. Still... the low end stuff is DEFINITELY low end!

Anyway, you'll find a thread stuck at the top of this section that is often updated with RockAuto 5% discount codes. The thread was started by a RockAuto representative. I allowed them to advertise here for free, because they've always treated my members well.

Be sure the o2 sensor is NTK or Denso. Stay away from Bosch.

Thanks Deev. Through my lurking I've noticed that Bosch seems to have a bad rep.. Anyways, I should be getting a female o2 sensor correct?? I have a 93 accord Lx.

I'm not sure. As long as it's the proper one for your year and trim, it should be correct. Just don't buy anything for an EX or SE.

Yeah I bought cheap crap from them and that's exactly what I got "junk", if I were you I would stay away from the cheap stuff on their site.

my experience was spot on. I ordered from them 10+ times and they were large orders($300+)!

shipping was pretty fast and neatly packed.

I stay away from brands I dont recognize. Most of the stuff I bought, were " preferred " items and usually they were name brand stuff.

yup, same here. it's pretty much the only place I order parts from. the benefit being they have a full range of selection, from super cheap disposable stuff, all the way up to name brand quality. you need to know what you are choosing, though - many times you will even see the same brands that they carry in Autozone/Advance/etc (where they typically only carry a single option), except the benefit here being that its usually much cheaper (for the same part) and also delivered to your door. They also have an excellent return policy, and an easy-to-use core return system. I really like how they indicate "preferred" parts (so you know what everybody else buys/recommends) and they also often have closeout deals. Can't go wrong, in my opinion.

Really? I've had trouble with some of the recommended items but it wasn't the expensive stuff it was the cheap stuff.
