I'm planning on buying the energy suspension master bushing kit later this summer. I'm hoping it'll fix a random rattle I have.

It's possible, but those won't be accord specific. Stiffness for a Towncar is different then stiffness for a MiataMRT

I've mentioned several times the best thing you can do in priority for CB7 suspension is:
- repair any deteriorated suspension/brake components first
- performance spring/shocks
- rear sway bar
- front upper chassis brace
- wider rims/better tires
