I'd have to agree that for Michigan based CB7's, if you can eliminate most of the rust a DIY paint job on the car is not too shabby. It will still look better than most CB7's you see on the road. Combine that with a properly running car, clean interior and it would be like a show car compared to most.

Yeah, my paint job isn't fantastic, but it still looks pretty damn good considering I did it outside with nothing covering the car in 50 degree weather with a 20 dollar paint gun. It definitely looks better than all the rusted out CB's you see in MI.

Haha my paint gun was so cheap, it fell apart twice while I was painting and couldn't give me a continuously even spray so I threw it away once I was done with my car.

*EDIT* And I never wet sanded or cleared my car either.

hey guys any one need some turbos lol. I found two tiny turbos one turbo spec off an old mazda and on off of a plymouth lasser lol. when i saw these i nearly laughed my ass off because of the size.

If you have a spray gun, paint, and the rest of the equipment... I am pretty handy when it comes to painting myself. :P

hey cisco can i put the a6 oil cooler on my a1? would it make any difference? and what do i need to check to get my dome light and trunk light to work? also the rear defrost doesnt work (i cant remember if it did in the first place) um let me think oh yeah so i havent been able to get my radiator fans to work since the accident what do you think i should check? they are plugged in and as far as i have noticed there is no wire damage?
