Meet #4 : MIR November 7TH

k guys.. time to get in one last 2004 mid-atlantic meet before it gets too cold and nasty outside.

Place: Budds Creek, Maryland (Maryland International Raceway). November 7th is the last day of racing before they close down the track for the winter season. This is on a Sunday, and it's an event called "World Cup Finals (Import vs. Domestic)". As the title states, the races are mostly involving imports and domestics of varying classes. However, they also let imports race each other from time to time as well. I figured we could meet up at my old community college parking lot (one of them) and take some pictures/video before heading up to the track. Then after that we could all roll up to the track in one big cb7 pack. more info on this event specifically is here.

Cost: $15 dollars to attend/watch and $30 dollars to race.

I see the hampster is back on the wheel Atx. I was hoping for another meet this year so you can definately count me in. I think northern maryland might be better for the meet. On the other hand if we have it in southern maryland maybe i can see your hot sister again (dont ban me i was joking). But seriously im down for either but northern maryland might be better for other people.

dave - i've changed the meet to southern maryland at the track for sure. i figured that this would be more fun and we could still get some good video shots and pictures before heading up to the track (since i wanted to meet up before going there - see revised first post).

yeah, definitely. i think you could help with some of the filming, since i'm always trying to take everything myself and i never get in any of the motion shots and all.

Wow $30 to race that sounds a little steep. Oh well its not that bad. Hey pwrusr hopefully youll run some really good times this time around.

Well howdy yall. i am back. got my net back. wish i could make it 2 the last meet but just don't got the time for it or money. plus lost my license and i ate up my tires since my car is so damn low. looks like i might have 2 wait till 05 for the next meeting. i should have my license back by then.
