Salvaged 4" offroad lights + Volvo = way to kill an hour

Kill an hour installing in 38 degree rainy weather, that is. Pulled em off the brush guard of a dead 84 Nissan 4x4 truck.

The bumper is 1/4" steel beneath black plastic. Perhaps I'll actually wire them up to work right one day LOL

That was my thought, that they'd be good in incliment weather; the bigass yellowed Volvo headlight lenses suck on wet asphalt at night. I have a spare Hella wiring harness and spare PIAA switch I'm going to splice all together perhaps this upcoming weekend, weather providing.

No good hobby shops to get the transparent yellow paint within a few hours' drive, and the beams are sealed so that I can't switch out the bulb.

Yeah, so since I had nothing to do yesterday except listen to my pocketbook screaming in pain from my wife shopping, I went and finally wired up the lights on the 2 and ended up with this:
