    Concept: Volkswagen IROC

The Volkswagen IROC concept due at the 2006 Paris Motor Show in September marks the revival of one of VW's sportiest models, the Scirocco.

The original Volkswagen Scirocco was sold from 1974 to 1992 before being replaced by the Volkswagen Corrado. However In 2008 VW intend to have the IROC concept ready for sale and renamed the Scirocco.

Power for the VW IROC concept comes from a front-mounted 210 hp TSI engine driving the front wheels.

we don’t live in a far off galaxy, this isn’t the year 4000.

we don’t need our cars to look like little spaceships

whered they get IROC from in the first place? all they gotta do is add SC and CO emblems on either side of the IROC one and they will be all set.

it looks better than the fit, but i still dont like it. especially not in green, and not with wheels that big. and i hate the interior.

They say IROC is just the concept name for the car. It came from Scirocco
sc"IROC"co. They will name the car the Scirocco when it's put into production, but IROC is just to catch people's attention and has nothing to do with Chevy.
