    Prelude Rims

I've noticed 2 different kinds of lude rims: sawblades and the other ones like what maroonaccord2.2 has..which ones come off the h22 ludes?

They both did, those spirals were for the Si Vtec version, then in 1994-1996 4th gen Preludes, whether Si or Si Vtec came with them.
4th gens also had those sweeeeeeeeet SE rims, 4 blade pattern...

Yeah, the ones on MaroonAccord2.2 are commonly referred to as Prelude Si alloys (I refer to them as fans)

ok, but if i saw 2 preludes; one with sawblades and one with "fans"..which one would be most likely packing the (190hp)h22?

Either one? I know I've seen fans on H22 and the blades were supposedly Si VTEC (h22)

well if the prelude has fans and a h22 then its a 93, the h22 was put into production in 1993 so no 92 lude has a h22 stock.

                Exactly.

                92-93 Prelude (Si/Si VTEC) - Fan blades
                94-96 Prelude (Si/VTEC) - Saw Bladess
95-96 Prelude SE (bent spoked things)

The only way to tell an VTEC is the decal on the back, and if its that bluish color in 93, then its VTEC. Honda didn't differeniate them much in those years. I think the VTEC seat fabric might be a little more glitzy than the base models (and leather was available).

EDIT: The naming of the cars was odd in the years. In 92 the best model you could get was the Si 4WS. When the VTEC model came out in 93, it was called the Si VTEC. That was dropped in 94. I believe 93 was the last year of the Si 4WS model, but you couldn't get that model with the H22.

i'm not a big fan either. i'd take the sawblades over those.

I never did until I saw them on 92DXProject's car a long time ago, and then I really started liking them. They have to be in good shape though.

i liked them...until i had them for the second time. i highly doubt i will ever go back to them unless i find another sweet deal on them w/ the tires mounted.

i dont know man, they are fairly heavy, bulky....im more of a 5th gen accord 7-spoke kinda guy. lol.

These wheels look good with the right drop and tire. When mine are cleaned up they bling so hard that I have to say Damn! I have civic 99 si wheels on my civic so it kind of matches my accord. I wish my gsr blades fit my accord but i might have to settle for some prelude blades, if i could find some. I must say I like oem wheels alot.
