Solid ABS light on 2002 Accord

    Sup guys!

    Wanted some advice...

Jumped in the 02 Accord today and noticed that the ABS light stays on after initial startup and stays lit.

Looked it up in my manual and it said it is either something to do with the Airbag system(duh) or the seatbelt tensioner/system.

    So my question is,

If I jump the CEL system, will it provide me with a code to narrow down exactly what is wrong( I don't actually have the CEL on)

If not what can I do to figure out what is wrong? Reader?

I checked and Honda want's $118 just to 'diagnose' the problem....that doesn't include parts/labor for fixing what is actually wrong.

I want to see if it is something I can fix myself etc.

So thanks for any tips or advice!!

Depending on which reader that store has, most Autozones can read ABS codes.

30.0 MPG, AC on, aggressively driving around 90.
27.5 MPG, no AC, cruising at 90 with occasional gridlock. 40 degrees Fahrenheit
