My poor Jeep is totaled

It happened around 5pm. I was comin home from walmart and this F150 crossed the highway right out in front of me and BAMM. I was doin around 50mph when I hit him and it spun both of us around and he hit a car that was settin at a stop sign. The guy that was drivin the F150 was drunk. I had my GF and my 5 month old in the jeep when it happened. My GF had to go to the hospital for some bruises and she is ok, just a little banged up and my 5 month old was just fine, she did better both of us and I have a banged up knee but im ok, just a little shook up. The poor Jeep will never see the road again. Here are the pics I took at the scene.

We where very lucky we didnt flip. I barely had time to hit the brakes before the impact.

When my friend wrecked his CB (pics are here) he was going about 55 when he hit another accord. He walked away perfectly fine and didn't push back the frame that bad. Although he did milk the shit out of the insurance by finding everything wrong with him that was wrong with him before the accident that could have been injury related. You AND the wife need to go to the chiropractor on Monday for as long as possible. If you have health insurance, and perhaps a great lawyer you will probably get around 10k a piece +- a couple grand. That just about buys a brand new car paid off plus the cost of your Jeep. Just keep all records of EVERYTHING including a journal. The more your doctor bills are, the more money you get. Just RUIN that guys life as much as you can.

Im sore today and so is my GF. Tomorrow we are goin to the insurance co to get that goin then we are goin to the impound lot to see how much to get it out and Im goin to take more pic and maybe a vid. We are goin to see a lawyer after that. I be glad when this is all over and done with so I can get me a new jeep and then some.
