    bolts/nuts.

just wondering. where do you guys get the bolts and nuts for the cars you own*cb7*
i was dooing a little engine clean and i have found out that some bolts are very rusty. specially the ones that hold the radiator support and the head light housing.

the reason i ask is that when i went to look at my bucket of nuts and bolts i found a few bolts that are exactly the same as the ones that the cb7 have. the thing is that i don't remember where i got them from. i don't remember if i bought them at pep boys or took it off a cb7 at junk yard or what.

so guys where do you guys get ur nuts and bolts?
dealer, pep boys, autozone etc etc etc.

Well I had enough cars to make quite a collection of misc bolts. But if you want brand new bolts get them for mcmaster.com

i dont really have to worry about rust, so i never had to do it when i just had one car.. after i got my others and started doing swaps and stuff, i accumulated many random bolts.. a lot of them are the same throughout the car..

i hear you guys. i just don't want to go to the dealer and buy the bolts and nuts for $4 a piece. lol. i will try and see if i can find it a pep boys or any other car parts store.

i was hoping someone else did this before me but i guess no one did.

this may come in handy: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthre...etric+hardware

i replaced a lot of my fasteners in my engine bay with either OEM parts or bolts i got from autozone... wasnt really able to find anything that matched well enough at home depot or lowes, and there arent any other local hardware stores.

              thanks mike.

i looked on e bay and found a couple of sellers that shell bolts and nuts for accords, but these ones are mostly the ones from j yards.

i need really bad the nuts for the uper control arms and the 3 nuts for the strut and spring cambo....

it is funny. i was looking at the car and it looks to me that the bolts/nuts under the car are in better shape than the ones in the engine bay. lol don't know why.
