      gross.

      though due to the hardness of the valves, id probably be easy to clean off - close the valves and use Naval Jelly (rust dissolver) with a brush and coat each chamber. keep brushing new stuff on every few hours. within a day or two it would probably be rust free - then get it resurfaced as the main aluminum casting cant rust anyway. then itd be fine unless the internals are rusty too

        I think just posting pictue, I seen that head on ebay not too long ago. Looks like shit and seller wants 400 and something.

              holy crap! Makes me appreciate peego more and more He gave me a hell of a good deal on a head in MUCH better shape than that!

              I'd pick that thing up for $50 and spend a few hundred to have it worked... but for $500? Hell no. The H22 isn't so rare that I couldn't find another one!
