So I bought my Neuspeed Race springs from this guy on ebay...auction link...what I got was NOT what he said. I got 4 springs loosely packed in a cardboard box that has seen better days.

Add to that, THE SPRINGS ARE OBVIOUSLY CUT. You can see where the guy screwed up and accidently hit another part of the spring with the cutting torch. There's about a half coil missing at least.

Me and my army of flaming angry faces are gonna go see what we can do about it...any suggestions are welcome.

I actually just called him...he said he couldn't do anything about it right now because he was eating dinner but I'm gonna call him tomorrow and see if I can get my refund. He's really nice...just didn't describe the item right.

OK, imma give you some advice to get your money back. Since this lil bitch listed them as NEW, and clearly were not, he/c/c company owes you money back for the springs, and if not that he should give you like what 80% off them pieces of shit. Basically, there's only 1 loophole on EGHEY, and that's listing it with the title "AS IS" than it can come as shitty as possible. Anyway, if he don't pay you back, threaten him that you will take him to court. You can go to an arbitrator if you have to. good luck with this crap for crap.

"The springs are in excellent 1 month condition" is how they were advertised, not NEW... but he posted a pic of brand new springs... and never mentioned that they were cut, and were in crap condition. im sure you can do something about the product not being as described in the auction... check the ebay rules?

but yeah see if you can get your refund when you call him again. If not ebay should be able to get your money back like cpmike said.

Tried calling when he told me to call tonight...nothing but voicemail. It didn't even ring. I left a voice mail...trying again tomorrow during the day. If there's no answer tomorrow, his shit's getting reported to ebay.
