ive been listening to techno for a while and just came into a couple songs that i think everyone should listen to

make sure you get the right one thiers like 2448 remixes (these are the best)

1. Delerium - After All (Svenson And Gielen Remix) 7:50 Album: PoW -Trance Kebab- 2oo3 - << makes you drive soo fast!

2. Delerium Feat. Leigh Nash - Innocente (Falling In Love) 3:43 << i just parked the car and laid back and listened wow

3. Madonna - Sorry (Paul Oakenfold Remix) 7:12 << Definately a fast driving song, play this with a girl.

4. Madonna - What It Feels Like for Girl (Paul Oakenfold Remix) << A great song anywhere.

and if you have heard Silence by Delerium then that too, but thats like the best techno song ever made...

if you dont like these then youve got a brain tumor.

I listen to mostly Japanese music so I tried some of the songs above and they were cool. I heard of Daft Punk but not that song before and Pakito was pretty good too and more my style. Delerium felt more like trance to me because of the slower beats. I love trance songs that have a hurricane effect....like it starts off calm first then the storm hits with beats everywhere then it reaches a calm eye of the storm again.....then it gets wild and then dies. yeah...

Well maybe I can interest you into some JDM music. I'll start you off with the Popular Hamasaki Ayumi. She is more of a Jpop singer however her songs are so popular, once she comes out with a regular album, it gets remixed into like 3-4 different albums everytime it seems. Also I recommend E.L.T. They are a popular J-pop group as well and their albums usually gets remixed into good dance music as well. I'll post more later if you guys like it. Just go on limewire and find these songs. I'll introduce you to some more j-music and artists later...tell me what you think.

^Definately recommended it's a AWESOME beat...especially if u have a sound system.

What surprised me is that a very popular and very old Okinawan song made it here to the states in a cool trippy trance mix. "SHIMA UTA" If you heard of it and thought it was catchy you will like these songs above. Sure it's japanese but i'm sure you can still enjoy it like the Shima Uta trance song.... it's all about the beats.

Back on topic, sort of... Even though it's technically Eurobeat, just about all the music from the Initial D anime (the Japanese version only) are great. Not quite techno, but still electronic dance type stuff. Great for driving.

I'll have to check out some of the stuff listed above.

interesting list...some of them are ok even tho i'm not really into techno period.....I do listen to trip hop is basically techno/trance with more of hip hop motivated beats. Thats the closest i'll get to this stuff

paul oakenfold makes some good remixes, i know of some of his other stuff. plus Innocente is a great track...

i love techno, its cool that theres such a huge variety that theres always a variation that fits whatever mood youre in at that time.
