Story goes, accident on highway... traffic was stopped and my GF came to a stop... a jeep smashed into her (i'm thinking pretty fast) and slid her over 1 car length into the suv in front of her.

he is uninsured and the only response he had was "sorry YOU were stopped in the middle of the road"

pulled every muscle in her neck, a few in her back, dislocated jaw. has a neck brace and outta work/school for a week or so

No clue, but way to fast for already being on the site of another accident.... speed limit is only 55 but traffic was stopped by state highway patrol.

Bump... Her insurance company is trying to back out (even though the policy has uninsured, they say it only covers cars on the policy with full coverage)... and the guy is actually trying to avoid this... as though he dosn't have to face her in court.

Thats what i would like, but i have to face the reality that if the guy looked like a piece of shit, drove a piece of shit... and didn't have insurance he is most likely a piece of shit... with nothing.

So could sueing him actually yield anything productive other than the hopeful jail time.

Damn toyota made good crumple zones on the Rolla. Look at it, the front and rear all smashed in, but the cabin looks pretty square.

yep. it only kinked on the one spot pictured on the roof... I'm glad she was in a safe car, sad though i loved the fact that we both had competing coupes

where in Ohio are you? the southern stretch of I75 going into Kentucky always seems to have some kind of accident if not a truck jack knifing then someone skidding out of control at the "cut in the hill."
