Is this an original Honda option?

So as some of you know, I've been browsing around for another Honda (mostly on the 5th gen side of things) and somewhat straying towards the Acura side as well (found a nice 96 LS sedan for 4g's) and well I was browsing AutoTrader.com and came across this 96 EX couple loaded to the max when this caught my eye.

Is that a CD changer control unit?



Can anyone tell me what this is?

i have seen a few these at work.

thats an OEM car phone, ive seen various hondas come stock with them, including CBs.

and yes there were also OEM cd changers available in CB7's and up.
