lol. if you go to your user cp, it shows you the rep you received. other users can see each others rep by hovering their mouse over the green dot(s) under the username/location at the left. to give somebody rep, click the little scale icon down at the bottom left of their post.Originally posted by 93Akkord

yeah, the rep system on this board is non-existant mike. We dont have little scales beneath all the posts, only our own. Its been like that forever, i dunno if mods see differently which might explain why our requests have fallen on deaf ears.

I'll take a look at the settings... perhaps I made them active for the Beginner usergroup instead of the normal one... (they're named Registered and Registered User... smart, huh?

Ok, I just checked it out... The system should be active for everyone. I have it set so people can't see who did what, but other than that, it should be there for everyone.

I still see nothing. Just an "H" for active or not and the triangle symbol to report a post. The scales only appear on posts I make.Comment

I had it active for the wrong usergroup. I'll leave it active for the noobs though. If I see any abuse, I'll just ban the offender (I can see ALL rep points and comments left for anyone... I don't usually look, unless I have a reason to.)
