    Windshield Wiper Squirters

anybody else running without them? ive never intentionally pulled them out, but it seems that because of some situation, this is my third winter without them. one year the pump died, the next year was after an accident and i never fixed them, and this year, i just havent gotten around to putting the reservoir and pump back on the car (just too lazy). i always said they were necessary and that id never get rid of them, but while annoying sometimes, i seem to do fine without them. keeping a gallon jug of washer fluid in the car to splash on the windshield when necessary helps.

just curious to see who else runs without them.

I drive about 80 miles round trip to work and back, and this time of year with the sand/dirt on the roads it's messy. I'd be PWN'ing myself if I didn't have the washer squirters on my car.

I JUST got a new windshield too! wOOt!

Mine shoot over my roof, and sometimes just don't shoot enough.

I miss the fact they used to light up.

here, its more of a salt issue than sand and dirt. five seconds on the road, any melted snow splashing around is saturated with salt, and once it dries on the windshield, you may as well have just painted the thing white.

then again ive got a cracked windshield and shitty wipers, so im not too concerned about it. this morning i had to pour a cup of warm water on the glass to get the salt off lol. once i get it replaced (spring) ill be doing new wipers, as well as FINALLY hooking up the squirters. too damn cold out there!

I've replaced the tank and cleaned the lines but its still gets clogged not to mention it shoots above the car.

              ...adjust accordingly

Somethings been wrong with mine since i got my car three years ago. I can hear the pump making noise but they just never worked.

I use rain x and it works like a charm. I can tell when its worn out and needs a fresh coat but when the coat is good it protects the windshield well especially from salt and mud drying up on the windshield!

I have those vatozone led squirters. I just recentley cut the wires off, because it makes my car look like a joke. I still have to aim them. Sometimes they shoot over my roof and hit the car behind me.

Im using the lines from my CB7 on my CD5. i drove for 2 winters in my CB without them. I have them on my CD now, and the passenger side shoots onto the moonroof, and then drivers side shoots where its supposed to, but doesnt really do much.
