Parts of my engine were stolen!

so as im fighting the case of my mustang and this shop that was trying to charge me money for storage meanwhile they owed me 1850$. i finally got the car towed out of thier wednesday. My dad took care of the tow truck and everything and when it got to the house (in ny) i popped the hood to find the engine stripped including my nitrous system and my supercharger...

i tried to report it. and i know who did it, but thiers nothing i can do about it. he parked the car in the street and stole the license plate and left it to be towed and stripped the car.. WTF i cnat even do anything about it.

EDIT: kinda reminds me of when i was in 3rd grade and someone stole my cupcakes and i knew who did it but couldnt do anything about it.

but then again, cupcakes dont make insane amounts of horsepower and torque, so this is really pointless. hahha

a) Go back to the shop at night. with some large rocks, or a bat. smash out all the windows you can.

b) Go back to the shop and flaten every tire you can get. Any "new" tires left out, slash them too. (not sure about the shop, but some shops around here have tire racks outside as well)

c) call the EPA and report the shop for disposal of coolant imporperly. True or not, the EPA will do an investagation (sp) and cause them hastle. I did this to a shop I used to work for where the owner dumped used coolant down the bathroom drain. He was fined $1000 and shut down for 1 month for investagation.

d) Tell everyone you know and talk to not to do business with that shop. remember word of mouth can make or brake a business.
