not worth it. just for 15 extra hp? not worth it imo. i just finished that swap in a 96 accord. what a pain the ass.

any special tricks to get the girdle off? all 8 bolts are off but the thing won't budge. Also, rod is moving around freely on the crank and theres a whooooooooooole lotta fine metal residue on the bottom of the oil pan lol

...hit it with a hammer. or pry it off from between the openings. those thingeys get stuck
